Bonnie B Kipp

Bonnie B. Kipp, 86, of East Moline, IL, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017, at Rosewood Care Center, Moline.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 2, 2017, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017, at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens.

The former Bonnie Ferry was born on April 18, 1931, in Moline, to William M. and Irene M. Miller Ferry.  She graduated from Moline Senior High School in January 1949 and married Joseph Kipp in September 1949.  He passed away August 10, 2007.

Bonnie had been employed at John Deere Plow Co., Moline, Volkswagen Dealership, East Moline, and Blackhawk college, retiring in 1974.  She belonged to The Vikings Clara Lodge, a past President of Bowlesberg Grade School PTA, a Cub Scout Den Mother, also was an avid Cardinal Fan belonging to the Quad City Cardinal Fan Club.  Above all, she loved her family and enjoyed their get togethers, especially the Kipp and Ferry Family Reunions each year.

Survivors are three sons, Joseph and Christine Kipp, East Moline, IL, Sam and Geneie Kipp, Bettendorf, IA, and Dan and Mary Ann Kipp, East Moline, IL; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother, Bill Ferry, sister-in-law, Pat Ferry; extended family, sister-in-law, Margie Kipp; one brother-in-law, Albert and Carol Kipp; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Jack Cobb.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe; daughter-in-law, Michell Kipp; brother, Bob Ferry.
