John B. Deem

John B. Deem, 89, of Colona, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at his residence.

A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Dayton Cemetery.  Per his wishes cremation rites have been accorded.

John was born on November 18, 1930 in Colona, Illinois the son of Burl and Margaret Burtis Deem.  He married Patricia Skeel on June 1, 1979 in Andover, Illinois.

John was employed as a foreman piece worker with International Harvester for 34 years retiring in 1983.  He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife, Pat
