Adele Hancock, 85 of Moline, died Friday, March 19, 2004 at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley, IL.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 22, 2004 at First Evangelical Free Church, Moline. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave. Moline. A private family burial will be at National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal.
Memorials may be made to First Evangelical Free Church or New Kingdom Trail Riders.
Adele was born September 26, 1918 in New Windsor, IL., the daughter of Axel and Augusta (Johnson )Youngberg. She married Harley Hancock on May 22, 1937 in Cambridge, IL.
Adele graduated from the Sterling School of Cosmetology, and was a beautician in her own home for several years.
Adele was a member of First Evangelical Free Church in Moline where she was a former Sunday school teacher for many years.
