Adeline Barbara Dougherty

Adeline Barbara Dougherty 83, of Moline died February 28, 2004 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral mass will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moline. Visitation will be Tuesday 3-8 p.m. with a rosary at 4 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Burial will be at National Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to Alleman High School.
Adeline was born February 20, 1921 in Stevensville, MI. to Frank and Rose Blaha Stroba. She married Patrick A. Dougherty on September 16, 1944 in St. Joseph, MI. He preceded her in death in 1985.
Adeline worked as a secretary for Rock Island County retiring in 1980.
Adeline was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moline. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing cards with her friends.
