Albert E. Ceder, 70, of Moline, IL, passed away Friday, November 1, 2013, at Genesis Medical Center Illini Campus, Silvis, IL.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601 38 Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center or the Disabled American Veterans.
Al was born on May 5, 1943 in Moline to Ernest and Bernetta Johannsen Ceder. He married Karen McConnell on June 20, 1965 at Gordon Memorial Chapel in Moline. Albert was a United States Army Veteran. He worked for Montgomery Elevator for 18 years, Numara Enterprises, The Back Nine Golf Pro Shop, and was a driver for the Greater QC Auto Auction.
