Albert Frank Rounds, 88, of Moline, died October 13, 2009 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 2009 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday with a Masonic service at 6:30 p.m. by Moline Masonic Lodge #1014 AF & A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline with military honors conducted by Moline American Legion Post #246.
Albert was born August 7, 1921 in Rock Island. He is married to Lowanda (Williams) Rounds.
Albert was a U.S. Army veteran serving in WWII. He worked as an inspector for John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline retiring in 1983. After his retirement he opened Olde Time Trading in Moline with his wife.
Albert was a member of Moline American Legion Post #246, Moline V.F.W. #2153, and Moline Masonic Lodge #1014 AF & A.M.
