Allan C. Saunders, 92 of Moline died July 13, 2006 at Rosewood Care Center, Moline.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior on Monday, July 17, 2006 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. There will be a Masonic service at 9:30 a.m. conducted by the Doric Lodge #319 AF & A.M., Moline. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
Allan was born May 15, 1914 in Moline to Charles and Bertha (Anderson) Saunders. He married Lois Lindstrom on May 15, 1937.
Allan worked for the Rock Island Arsenal as an organic chemist. He retired in 1971.
Allan was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, Moline. He was a 32nd degree Mason with the Doric Lodge #319 AF & AM, Moline and a member of the KAABA Shriners. He was an avid photographer and loved spending time with his family.
