Anna Mae Swanson, 85, of Moline, died June 21, 2009 at her home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2009 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Rose-Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline. Memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, Moline.
Anna Mae was born May 29, 1924 in Moline to Albert and Anna E. (Malamphy) Horton. She married Lloyd Arthur Swanson on June 27, 1942 in Kahoka, MO. He preceded her in death on December 25, 1992.
Anna Mae was employed at Strombeck and Becker Co., Moline. Later she was a self-employed cleaning lady for 17 years retiring on December 15, 2003. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Moline. She was also a member of East Moline American Legion Auxiliary #227, Plow Capital, and a 4 year member of the Rose Society where she was top winner. She also enjoyed knitting and playing the organ where she was top winner at a Yamaha recital.

Numerous nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by husband, sisters Faye, Dorothy and brothers Lawrence, Tom, Mervin and Eugene.
