Barbara Sharp, 83, of Moline, IL, died Monday, June 09, 2014, at her home.
A private funeral service will be held at a later date at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Per her wishes, there will be no visitation. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Rock Island Historical Society.
Barbara was born on March 25, 1931, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Skeeter and Margaret (Wise) Miller. She married Dale Sharp on May 27, 1950, in Rock Island County, IL, and he preceded her in death in 1985. She worked as an office administrator for Servus Rubber for over 20 years.
Barbara held a passion for the Chicago Cubs and enjoyed crafting. She was an avid seamstress and a creator of many beautifully intricate mini dollhouses.
