Becky Carlyle

Rebecca L. “Becky” Carlyle, 70, of Moline, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at UnityPoint Trinity, Rock Island.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. prior to the services.  Cremation will take place following services and inurnment will be held at Rose Lawn Memorial Estate at a later date.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Becky was born on September 3, 1949, in Moline, the daughter of Louis and Georgia (Slater) Goddard.  She married Morris “Russ” Carlyle on February 8, 1986, in Rock Island.  She retired as a seamstress from EVAC.  She loved her dogs and enjoyed being outdoors and fishing.  Becky liked to spend her time reading, sewing and cooking for her family.  Above all, she loved being with her grandkids.

Survivors include her husband, Russ; children, Ron Walker and Jenny (Earl) Miller; grandchildren, Shelby (Jonathan) Stover and Corbin Miller; sisters, Patty Stinson and Jane (Glenn) Piliponis; brother in law, Ronald (Rhonda) Carlyle; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
