Bernadine Fizer, 51, of East Moline, formerly of Chicago, died May 15, 2008 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Per her wishes cremation rites were accorded, there will be no services. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. is assisting the family.
Bernadine was born February 5, 1957 in Chicago, IL to Nelson Scott and Frankie Barfield.
Bernadine was a hard worker all her life, beginning her employment with a glass company, then the steel mill and eventually with 3M for 12 years, retiring in 1991.
She is survived by
Daughters Latisha (Darryl) Howlett
Hallie Rowan
Geozette Garth
15 grandchildren
6 brothers & 2 sisters
Numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents & 2 brothers.
