Betty Heisler-Neil, age 68 of Rock Island died Saturday, June 3, 2006 at Trinity Medical Center-West Campus, Rock Island.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Grace Bible Fellowship in Rock Island. Memorials may be made to Friends of WATS or Grace Bible Fellowship. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Moline is assisting the family.
Betty was born November 30, 1937 in Blackhawk County, IA. the daughter of Harry and Agnes Heisler. She married Max Franck. She later married Dale Neil on May 31,2002 in Moline.
Betty was employed as an office manager for Friends of WATS. She was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship, Heritage Wesleyan Church and Overeater's Anonymous.
