Betty Jane was born February 14, 1929 in Freeport, IL to Frank and Bea (Hoey) McMillen. She married Keith Winters on April 22, 1951 in Freeport.
Betty Jane was office manager for Dr. Rocky Clinics in Freeport. She was CEO of Winters Custom Homes Inc., Moline for 25 years. She had also been a real estate broker for 40 years.
Betty Jane was a member of Order of Eastern Star, Freeport.
She is survived by

Daughter Nancy (Michael)Wohlgemuth Andalusia
Grandson William Wohlgemuth Andalusia
