Beverly J. Trevor, 80, of Moline died October 29, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Per her wishes, Mrs. Trevor will be cremated. A visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Private family graveside services will be held at National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Memorials may be made to her church, Bethel Wesley United Methodist in Moline or to her family.
Beverly was born July 28, 1927 in Minneapolis, MN to Patrick and Clara Syverson Malone. She married Robert M. Trevor on April 21, 1946 in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on October 20, 1998.
Beverly worked for 24 years as a school secretary at Willard and Ericsson Elementary Schools. She was a member of the Illinois Congress of Parents and Teachers where she earned a Life Membership and also received the Distinguished Service Scroll from the PTA. She was a member of Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church of Moline. She loved playing penny poker, bingo at the Senior Center and the Rhythm City Boat.
