Bradly Elmore, 41, of LeClaire, died Thursday, December 28, 2017, in Davenport, a “Fighter” of brain cancer.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, January 4, 2018, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601-38th Avenue, Moline.  Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.  Cremation will take place following services and inurnment will be held at the National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal, at a later date.  Memorials may be made to the family or to the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center, 200 Hawkins Dr., Iowa City, IA 52242

Brad was born January 20, 1976, in Moline, the son of Terry E. Elmore and Donna (Blair) Winchester - Phelps.  He married Heather Mancil on January 21, 2017 in Davenport.

Brad lived his life to the fullest, no matter how many obstacles in his path.  He had a contagious smile and the most unique laugh that brightened anyone’s day.  He could make a friend with anyone he met, no matter where he was near or far.  He enjoyed working on cars and building motorcycles and was a Harley Enthusiast.  He was co-owner of Alley Ratz Kustoms with his step-father, Chris Hillyer.  Brad was employed as a Mill Operator at the former ALCOA, currently Arconic Inc.  He was a member of the Steel Workers Union Local 105. Brad was a veteran having served with the U.S. Coast Guard.

Survivors include his wife, Heather; son, Christian Elmore-Manning, Davenport; daughter Lauryn Elmore, Bettendorf; step-daughter, Carlie Franke, Colorado; step-sons, Chase Martin, LeClaire, and Landon Martin, LeClaire; mother, Donna (Donald Phelps) Winchester-Phelps, Moline; sister, Jamie (Michael) Oldfather, Moline; grandmother, Mary Linda Roby, Milan; nephew, Jeremiah Oldfather, Moline; step-father, Chris (Debi) Hillyer, Moline; step-sisters, Jessica (Andrew) Witte, Colorado, Lindsay Hillyer, Moline, Hannah Rumburg, Moline, Raina Rumburg, Colorado, Candice (Jeremy) Heider, Missouri, Erin Phelps, Rock Island; step-brother, D.J. Phelps, Moline; nephew, Maddux Heider, Missouri; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and members of “Team Elmo”.

He was preceded in death by his father, maternal grandfather, paternal grandfather and grandmother.
