Carmen Lydia Mieles, age 74 of Moline died December 10, 2007 at Trinity Pathway Hospice at Terrace Park in Davenport.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m on Saturday, December 15th at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at Moline Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Trinity Pathway Hospice.
Carmen Lydia was born on November 18, 1933 in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico the daughter of Juan and Maria Sepulveda Santiago.
Survivors include her daughter Carmen Leticia Mieles and son-in-law David Thoreson of Madison, WI; 2 brothers Ernest "Papo" (Dolly) Santiago of Puerto Rico and Wilfred "Wichy" (Betty) Santiago of Connecticut; 2 sisters Lucy "Chia" Santiago of Puerto Rico and Edna Santiago Morales of Puerto Rico.
The family would like to thank Dr. Govindaiah and her entire medical team including Dr. Garneau, Dr. Vigliotti and especially Dan Moore for their help and kindness during Carmen's illness.
