Carol M. Pieper (nee Parent), age 69, of Moline, died Sunday, June 10, 2012 at East Moline Nursing & Rehab Center.
Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. Burial of cremains will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Schenectady, New York, at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Moline is assisting the family.
Carol was born December 4, 1942 in Schenectady, NY, the daughter of George L. and Bernice (McDonald) Parent, Sr.
Carol had retired from the Rock Island Arsenal. She was a spiritual person who enjoyed attending church.
