Carolyn E. Hazen

Carolyn E. Hazen, 57, of Reynolds, IL, passed away on Sunday November 26, 2006 in Branson, MO.
Funeral services will be 11a.m. Friday, December 1, 2006 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
Carolyn was born July 3, 1949 in Moline to Everett and Mary E. (Ullrick) Potter. She married Myron Hazen on June 10, 1967 in East Moline.
Carolyn was a registered nurse working for 10 years at Mercer County Hospital.
Carolyn had been a member of Phi Beta Kappa when she was attending college.
