Catherine L. Seitz, 91 of Moline died July 17, 2006 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave. Moline. Rev. Parker Lewis III is officiating. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to Hope United Church of Christ, Moline.
Catherine was born November 19, 1914 in Moline to Willard and Mary Kennedy Sheley. She married Ival Seitz on July 28, 1934 in Cambridge, IL. He preceded her in death on March 3, 1981.
Catherine was a member of Hope United Church of Christ in Moline. She was one of the first volunteer crossing guards at Roosevelt School in Moline. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
