Cesar A. Cardenas, Jr., 40, passed away at home in Moline April 18, 2009.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009 with a visitation one hour prior at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline.
Cesar was born on April 8, 1969 in Bogota, Colombia to Cesar and Paulina Alvarez Cardenas. He married Jennifer Noel on February 26, 1994 in Florida.
He was a dedicated son and outstanding father. He was a design engineer and enjoyed fishing, playing soccer and spending time with his beloved daughter Alexia. He was greatly loved by his family and friends and will be immensely missed by his daughter Alexia and his family Cesar, Paulina, John, Jorge (Lisa), Elizabeth, his five nephews and nieces and his aunts and uncles that reside in Colombia.
The family would like to thank the Jehovah Witness congregation for all the love and support they have shown.
He was an excellent caring, human being and gave his unconditional love to all of his family and child. He is resting awaiting God's promise of the Resurrection. - Rev. 21:1-4.
