Charles R. Van Oteghem, 49, of Crestwood, IL died May 4, 2008 at Palos Community Hospital, Palos Heights, IL.
Rite of Christian Burial will be 11a.m Thursday, May 8, 2008 with a visitation one hour prior to service time at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Food Pantry or St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline.
Chuck was born March 25, 1959 in Moline to Jack and Sally (Creen) Van Oteghem. He married Kristine Robinson in February of 1983 in Rock Island.
Chuck was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and he enjoyed fishing.
