Charles E Snyder

Charles E. “Charlie” Snyder, 68, of Toulon, IL, passed away, Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at his daughter’s home.

Cremation rites will be accorded.  A gathering will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Charles was born on October 18,1951, in Moline, the son of Donald and Olive (McRae) Snyder.  Charles liked working on small engine repairs.  He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and watching the Mallard’s hockey games. He was an active member at Toulon United Methodist Church.  Charlie loved being a father, grandfather and uncle.

Survivors include his spouse; Carolyn Erps, children; Sarah (Larry) Barnes, Jessica Snyder, Mary Snyder, Charles “C.J.” Snyder, Chelsie (Mathew Cousins) Snyder, grandchildren; Kristian, Faith, Jerimiah, Ayden, Meah, and Konner, sisters; Janice Orey and Nancy Ditto.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers; Robert “Bobby”, Donald, Tom and Todd Snyder.
