Chester "Duke" A. Cook Jr., 64, of Silvis, Illinois died November 19, 2008 at Trinity West Medical Center in Rock Island.
Private family services will be held at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Memorials may be made to Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie # 1112 Moline, or to the family.
Chester was born August 26, 1944 in Rock Island to Chester and Isabelle (Vaughn) Cook.
He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was employed by John Deere Harvester as an Industrial Truck Operator. Chester enjoyed Bingo, sports, and several fraternal organizations such as the Eagles, Elks, and the Moose Lodge.
