Connie S. Maere, 51 of East Moline passed away March 23, 2011 in Moline.
Visitation will be from 1:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 27th at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd.
6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Following the visitation a time to celebrate Connie's life will be held at the Moline Viking's starting at 5:00 p.m. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation. Memorials may be made to the family.
Connie was born on February 11, 1960 in Italy the daughter of Jerry and Barb McMillan Barnes. She married John Maere in Moline; they later divorced but remained friends.
Connie was employed as a tax preparer for H & R Block last working in 1998. She enjoyed playing cards especially euchre and quilting with her mother. She was a NASCAR fan of Jeff Gordon and loved country music. She was a Cubs fan and loved cooking and baking pies for her friends. She loved spending time with her family.
