Dale E. Gunnerson, age 77 of Moline died Friday, February 9, 2007 at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 1p.m. Monday, February 12, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Visitation is from 1-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial is in National Cemetery, Arsenal Island with military rites conducted by American Legion Post #246, Moline. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or American Kidney Association. There will be luncheon at the Viking Club of Moline (1450-41st Street, Moline) following the committal service.
Dale was born January 27, 1930 in Moline to Arthur and Hazel Loding Gunnerson. He married Joan Weideman on June 22, 1957 at Salem Lutheran Church, Moline.
Dale was a tool crib attendant for JD Harvester retiring after 31 years.
Dale was member of Salem Lutheran Church, Moline. He was also a member of Thor Lodge #9 Independent Order of Vikings and the Moline American Legion Post #246. He loved to be with his family and friends.
