Dale Swank, 64, of Rock Island, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at UnityPoint Health, Trinity Rock Island.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Dale was born on June 22, 1956, in Rock Island, the son of James and June (Forbes) Swank. He enjoyed attending the Blues Festival.
Survivors include his siblings, Roxanne (Mike) Schatterman, Geneseo, and Ken (Pat) Swank, Rock Island.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jerry.
