Daniel W. Dobbins

Daniel W. "Pat" Dobbins, 72, of East Moline, died August 18, 2008 at Trinity Pathway Hospice, Bettendorf.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Heritage Wesleyan Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Entombment will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum, East Moline.
Pat was born April 2, 1936 in Ava, MO to Daniel and Inez (Rowe) Dobbins. He married Irene Wininger on January 1, 1991 in East Moline. Pat was an Army veteran.
Pat was owner and founder of Roadside Auto, Inc. and Dobbins Rental, Inc for 43 years. He worked at John Deere prior to his ownership. He was National President for NIADA and was an active member at Heritage Wesleyan Church, Rock Island. He loved to travel, camp and enjoyed family gatherings and birthday parties.
