David Fender

David G. Fender, 76, of Milan, passed away, Sunday, April 26, 2020 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held later this summer.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd, Moline is assisting the family.

David Fender was born on November 7, 1943 in Moline, the son of Harold and Vera (Lillman) Fender.  He married Ethelen “Ducy” Fender on January 20, 1962.  David worked for John Deere PDC, Milan, as a Customer Service Representative until he retired.

Survivors include wife; Ethelen “Ducy” Fender, children; Gary (Shannon) Fender, Laurie (Dan) Guss, Dewayne (Kim) Fender, grandchildren; Amber (Chad) Seidl, Autumn (Rob) Baca, Alec Fender, Adam Fender, Taylor (Keith) McClain, Elyse Fender, David Fender, Joshua Fender, great grandchildren; Grant Murphy, Hannah Murphy, Mallory Seidl, Emerson Seidl, Addisyn Baca, Brendan Baca, Loxley McClain, Ripley McClain, Hendrix McClain, and sister; Janelle Haar.

He was preceded in death by his sister; Sharon Mensing, and his parents.
