Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2008 at National Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend the graveside needs to be at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory by 12:15 p.m. to proceed onto Arsenal Island together. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
David was born August 14, 1946 in Davenport, IA to Douglas and Doris (Jackson) Johnson. He married Eszter Barra on December 21, 1996 in Davenport, IA.
