Dean M. Dannels, 78 of Moline died November 23, 2004 at his home.
Visitation will be Friday, November 26, 2004 from 3-7 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Per his wishes Mr. Dannels will be cremated. Burial will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to Easter Seals Foundation.
Dean was born February 7, 1926 in Altoona, KS to Pryce and Izola Matthew Dannels. He married Ernestine Campbell on August 2, 1947 in Albuquerque, NW.
Dean was in ammunition procurement for the military.
Dean was a retired U.S. Army Veteran serving from 1943-1965. He served in WWII, Korean Conflict and Vietnam. He enjoyed gardening, flowers, hiking and hunting. He was also involved in Boy Scouts.
