Dena M. Miner, 47, of Silvis, died September 18, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center - Illini Campus, Silvis.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be Friday from 3-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fenton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family for her grandchildren's education at the Moline Municipal Credit Union.
Dena was born May 19, 1960 in Moline to Norbert and Marjorie (Snyder) Koch. She worked in the purchasing department for Rock Island County since February of 2001.
She was Chief Union Steward A.F.S.C.M.E .# 2025 A and a member of the Moline American Legion Post #246. She was a proud democrat and was involved with many campaign issues.
