Dennis M. Dakan, 55 of Moline died in his home Saturday evening, May 1, 2004 of an apparent heart attack.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday, May 10, 2004 at National Cemetery, Rock Island meeting at 12:15 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline.
Dennis, who was the youngest son of Oliver Sidney and Margaret Irene (Long) Dakan. He was born on July 28, 1948 in Moline, IL. He was married several times, but had no children of his own.
Dennis was employed as a warehouseman for Norcross Footware, Inc. where he had been a loyal employee since 1991.
Dennis was an U.S. Army veteran.
