Dixie Davis, 79, of East Moline, IL, died Friday, May 18, 2012 at East Moline Nursing & Rehabilitation.
Memorial Services will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorials may be made to East Moline Nursing & Rehabilitation.
Dixie was born on September 24, 1932 in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Leo and Margaret (Phillips) Hovey. She worked at Candy Connection in Bettendorf, IA. Dixie enjoyed music, dancing, and above all, her family.
