Dolores E. Randolph, 96, Savanna, IL, formerly of Moline, IL, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City, IA.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2016, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at the National Cemetery at the Rock Island Arsenal on Monday, those wishing to attend should meet at the funeral home at 8:45 a.m.
Dolores was born on December 21, 1919, in Englewood, CA, the daughter of Harry W. and Vinnea Oale Howell. She graduated from Central High School in Sioux City, Iowa. She married William E. Randolph on May 3, 1941.
Dolores worked as a timekeeper for International Harvester in East Moline, IL, for over 20 years, retiring in 1980. She attended Bethel Wesley Methodist Church in Moline, IL. She was a volunteer for the L.I.F.E. Program and a volunteer and member of Senior Citizens’ Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William E. Randolph; son, William Randolph, Jr.; special friend, Earl Wilcken.
