Donald W. Mee, 72, of Moline, IL, died Saturday, October 26, 2013, at his home.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at First Christian Church, 3501 - 7th Street, East Moline, IL. Visitation will be from 4 - 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the family.
Don was born on July 18, 1941 in Moline, IL the son of Walter H. and Florence M. (Hoffman) Mee. He married Sharon K. Fiser on January 17, 1970 at First United Methodist Church (known as Riverside) in Moline, IL.
Don worked at Case IH, retiring after 30 years in 1991. He was a fork lift operator and did set up. He worked on the Centennial Bridge, Jumers, and Isle of Capri as a cage cashier, last working in April of 2010. He enjoyed euchre, bingo and gambling. Above all his love was his family.
