Donald F. "Franny" Stickel, 77 of Moline died January 18, 2004 at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley.
Funeral services will be 1:00 Thursday January 22, 2004 at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd., 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be from 3-5 Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rose Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline.
Donald was born February 22, 1926 in Moline to W. Charles and Anna E. Carson Stickel. He married Pearl E. Davidson on November 2, 1963 in Moline. She preceded him in death on January 12, 2000.
Donald was a machine oiler for 36 years at John Deere Harvester retiring in 1988. He was a die hard Cubs, Bear, and Illini fan.
