Donlea Francis Miller, Jr., age 58, of Princeton, IA, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City.
According to his wishes his body was cremated. Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Central Baptist Church, Moline. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Moline is assisting the family.
Donlea was born July 18, 1952 in Muscatine, IA the son of Donlea Francis and Rose Mary House Miller, Sr. He married Gladys P. Albertson on July 31, 1976 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Davenport. They divorced in 2000.
Donlea worked as a material handler for the Moline Dispatch. He enjoyed NASCAR, model cars, and was a stock car driver for Gerald Coon. Donlea was loved by his family and many friends. He will be especially missed by his nieces and nephews.
