Donna Klingborg Cherrington, 88, of Moline, died April 23, 2009 at home.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2009 with a visitation one hour prior at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clara Lodge Scholarship Fund or Rock Island County Animal Care and Control.
Donna was born July 25, 1920 in Marshall, MN to David and Anna (Carlson) Klingborg. She married Thomas W. Cherrington on July 20, 1950 in Moline. He preceded her in death on January 27, 1982.
Donna was an executive waitress for Mr. Hewitt at Deere and Company retiring in 1985. Prior to working at Deere she worked at Eagle Signal Company. Donna was also a member of Clara Lodge No. 118 Independent Order of Vikings.
