Donna Maxine Willer Lenane, 65, of Davenport, IA, died Sunday, September 18, 2016, at Genesis Medical Center - East Campus, Davenport, IA.
A memorial visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2016, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and burial of cremains will be at Calvary Cemetery in Quincy, IL, at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
Donna was born on August 1, 1951, in Quincy, IL, the daughter of Norbert and Eleanor Earhart Willer. She married her high school sweetheart, Leo Lenane, II, on April 2, 1971, in Quincy, IL. Donna was employed by Orthopedic & Rheumatology for over 25 years, retiring in 2016.
Donna enjoyed playing cards, decorating, gardening, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren. She was a generous and loving person who touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with. More than anything, Donna was someone we looked up to and the best mother we could ask for. She will be missed more than words can express.
She is survived by her children, Lucas (Nicole) Lenane, Lindsey (Josh) Brown, and Nathan Lenane; grandchildren, Austin, Emmett, Eleanor, Logan, and Caroline; as well as 4 sisters; 2 brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
