Donna L. Smith, 79, of Moline, IL, died Monday, August 11, 2014, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, IL.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Per her wishes, there will be no visitation and cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to the family.
Donna was born on September 27, 1934, in Fairmont, MN, the daughter of Merle and Elaine Hemingway McGinnis. She worked as a secretary for Moody Optical in East Moline.
Donna was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed playing Bunkco. She also enjoyed playing Skipbo and Scrabble with the grandkids.
