Dorothy T. Anderson, 99, of Rock Island, died March 19, 2008 at Illini Restorative Care, Silvis.
Funeral services will be 11a.m. Sat. March 22, 2008 at Homewood Evangelical Free Church. Visitation will be Friday from 4-6 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
Dorothy was born March 19, 1909 in Silvis to Henry C. and Magdalene (Brunn) Diercks. She married Melvin A. Anderson on May 21, 1933 in Aurora, IL. He preceded her in death on June 21, 1992.
Dorothy attended Homewood Evangelical Free Church. She enjoyed sewing, canning, knitting and crocheting.
