Dorothy F. Hunt

Dorothy F. Hunt, 72, of Moline, died Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Trinity Medical Center West Campus, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2008 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday June, 19, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Moose Heart.
Dorothy was born on January 23, 1936 in Moline to Alexander and Ina Helgren Strandlund. In June 1958 she married Guy Hunt, he preceded her in death in 1994.
Dorothy was employed by the Rock Island Arsenal as a logistics supervisor, retiring in 1993 after 37 years.
Dorothy was a long standing member of the Women of the Moose, Rock Island. She enjoyed bingo and playing cards. She was an avid Cubs and Bears fan, but she especially loved her cats.
