Dorothy Klingborg, 88, of Moline, IL, died Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline, IL.
Funeral Services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at a later date at National Cemetery at Rock Island Arsenal.
Dorothy was born on August 2, 1924, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Nathan and Sophie (Novik) Karp. She married Roudolf Klingborg on November 6, 1953, in Moline. She enjoyed square dancing clubs and sewing. Dorothy held a lifetime membership of PTA in Moline and she was a Cubs fan.
