Dorothy B. Myers, 91 of Charleston, IL formerly of Moline and Toledo, IL died Monday, February 26, 2007 at theSarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Mattoon, IL.
Funeral Services will 11a.m. Friday, March 2, 2007 with a visiation one hour prior at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Burial will be at the Janesville Cemetery, Janesville, IL. Rev. Don Reffett and Rev. Dr. Kenneth Kline will be officiating. Memorials may be made to the Moline Public Library.
Dorothy was born on November 29, 1915 in Toledo, IL to Orla & Nellie Gardner Scott. She married Roy Myers on February 21, 1940 in Toledo, IL.
Dorothy was employed as secretary with the Moline School District for 34 years until retirement. She was a member of the State & Local Education Secretarial Association. She was also a member of the PTA. Dorothy was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling.
