Dr. Kathy Douglas Hebditch

Dr. Kathy A. Douglas Hebditch, 67, of Murray, Utah, passed away, December 22, 2022, at Intermountain Medical Center, Murray, Utah.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline.  Celebration of life will follow at 7 p.m., at Adolph’s, Avenue of the Cities, Moline. Cremation will take place following the visitation and burial of Kathy’s cremains will be at Rose Lawn Cemetery, at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, or a Local Food Bank.

Kathy was born on December 17, 1955, in Fairbanks, Alaska, the daughter of Melvin G. and Mary E. Douglas.  She married Trevor Hebditch, December 3, 2004, in Nyon, Vaud, Switzerland.  Kathy was employed as a health scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In her spare time Kathy enjoyed music and traveling.

Survivors include her husband, Trevor; mother, Mary Boquist; father, Melvin (Luci) Douglas; sisters, Dena (Chris) Kraciun, and Beth Douglas Hafner (Dan Hafner); niece, Brenna (Jackson) Gallagher; stepbrothers; Ken Boquist, and David (Beverly) Boquist.
