Earl Rusk, 64, of Geneseo, died August 28, 2007 after a long and courageous battle with cancer at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, August 30, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. A private family service will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to Make A Wish Foundation.
Earl was born July 2, 1943 in Galt, MO to Gale and Mae Foster Rusk. He married Sandra Ware on July 13, 1963 at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline.
Earl repaired heavy machinery for 30 years for CASE IH retiring in 1993.
Earl was a former member UAW #1304, and was a partner in Olde Time Builders. He enjoyed fishing in Canada, hunting and bowling. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and following their activities.
