Edith L. Clark, age 95, of Milan, died Monday, February 22, 2010 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Beulah Presbyterian Church. Private burial is in Rural Township Cemetery at Beulah. Memorials may be made to Beulah Presbyterian Church. Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd. Orion is assisting the family.
Edith was born April 16, 1914 in Milan, the daughter of John and Mary (Wilson) Beck. She married Marion Clark on December 6, 1944. He preceded her in death in 1976.
Edith was a member of Beulah Presbyterian Church, where she belonged to T.T.S. and served as a deacon and elder. She lived on her farm in Milan where she raised sheep until she was ninty years old.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Kiley. Special friends, Dan and Cindy Akers, Orion.
She was preceded in death by her husband and 1 brother.
