Edna Ann Princell

Edna Ann Princell, 67, of East Moline, died September 1, 2009 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 4, 2009 at Homewood Evangelical Free Church, Moline. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Homewood Evangelical Free Church or to Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
Edna was born May 1, 1942 in Milan to John and Jeanette (Chambers) Hofmann. She married John Princell on September 13, 1964 in East Moline.
Edna retired from Deere and Company in 1992 after 26 years. She enjoyed gardening, scrapbooking and spending time with family and friends. She was an active member of Homewood Evangelical Free Church where she was bookkeeper and AWANA volunteer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Dorothy Terrill, brother John Hofmann, Jr and a special cousin Mary Dawson.
