Elizabeth D. "Bea" Bolender, 93 of Rock Island died January 18, 2004 at St. Anthony's Continuing Care Center, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2004 at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial will be at Memorial Park, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to Alzheimers Association.
Elizabeth Carlson was born January 19, 1910 in Moline to John S. & Augusta Peterson Carlson. She married Floyd Bolender on November 9, 1935 in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on March 25, 1992.
Elizabeth was a Stock Control Clerk in the Stock Control Branch of the Rock Island Depot Activity with over 20 years of service.
Elizabeth was a member of Moline Gosepl Temple. She enjoyed attending activites at the Senior Center.
She will be remembered for her cookies, pies and cakes.
Survivors include 10 great nieces and nephews and many great great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, sister Florence C. Hannon and a brother George Carlson.
