Faye M. Myres

Faye M. Myres, 80, of Cordova, died Friday, December 22, 2006 at her home.
Memorial services will be held from 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2006 at the Cordova Civic Center. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Moline is assisting the family.
Faye was born July 24, 1926 in Dedrick, MO to Jim and Mattie (Spencer) Ray. She married David McClain and Fred Pardee. She later married Jim Myres on January 3, 1959 in East Moline.
Faye was a registerd nurse who also taught CNA classes for several years. She worked at Oak Glen Home for 6 years. She worked several years as a registerd nurse in Missouri. Faye was also involved in the setting of the curriculum for nurses aid training. She enjoyed fishing, reading and crocheting.
